We strive to be as responsive to your needs as we want to be treated,
when we call someone else.

This means :

• to be honest with you about your computer issues

• do the support calls for you at your location

• Not leave the premises until YOU have yourself tested it works properly

• Be punctual and call if we run late
  we cannot leave a client until problems are solved or traffic etc

• Return Phone calls If you call from a Cell phone, be aware that it can cut in and out,
  we may not get your callback number

• IF we do not answer the phone, than it's due to
  Driving and or curtsey to the client that we are currently serving.
  We do call back ASAP
